青纜科技灌溉電纜產(chǎn)品通過美國UL嚴(yán)格的性能測試,已經(jīng)取得了UL的認(rèn)證,UL認(rèn)證檔案號E325277。青纜牌灌溉電纜電纜可以為灌溉設(shè)備提供動力與控制,耐化肥、耐農(nóng)藥、耐鹽堿、耐日光、耐低溫,廣泛用于農(nóng)場、高爾夫球場等大范圍灌溉領(lǐng)域。在日常生產(chǎn)過程中,我們對生產(chǎn)原材料嚴(yán)格把關(guān)。銅導(dǎo)體采用無氧銅,每批進(jìn)廠銅桿,公司都會進(jìn)行體積電阻率的測試,確保銅桿具有優(yōu)異的電性能。線芯絕緣采用進(jìn)口的美國陶氏的PE絕緣材料,其物理,絕緣及加工性能十分優(yōu)異。墊層采用阻燃PVC,可使電纜在遭遇火災(zāi)的情況下,保護(hù)絕緣線芯,使其能夠持續(xù)通電。屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)采用皺紋鋁屏蔽,這種結(jié)構(gòu)在保證屏蔽外界信號性能的同時(shí)還使得電纜具有優(yōu)異的彎曲性能,方便電纜的敷設(shè)施工。電纜護(hù)套同樣采用進(jìn)口的美國陶氏的PE護(hù)套材料,其具有優(yōu)異的耐低溫,耐日光,耐肥料及耐除草劑性能。以上原材料每批均會進(jìn)行性能測試,從而保證成品電纜的優(yōu)良性能。
TYPE IRRIGATION CABLE
Scope
This specification covers type irrigation cable with soft annealed copper stranded conductor, insulated with PE ,cabled utilizing a PVC inner jacket ,and an aluminum shield bonded to a PE outer jacket offering excellent mechanical strength and moisture resistance. Cable is conforming to Standard 1263 of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. UL File No.E 325277.
Application
Type Irrigation cable is designed to operate electric motor driven irrigation systems .Type Irrigation Cable is rated 75℃ and permitted for 600V application.
Construction
Conductors: Soft annealed stranded copper ,bare or coated.
Sizes:18AWG-4/0AWG.
Insulation: PE. Thickness: per UL1263.

Inner jacket: Flame-retardant PVC. Minimum average wall thickness 0.76mm.
Shield: Corrugated aluminum specially coated and applied in order to bond to the outer jacket with a total minimum thickness of 0.2mm.
Outer jacket: Sunlight resistant PE. Minimum average wall thickness 1.27mm.
Information on the jacket: AWG or kcmil size, conductor type letters, rated voltage, the name of the manufacturer, UL file number, characteristic, manufacture date, FEET.
